The IoD Centre for Corporate Governance recently published a new report, exploring the impact of the UK’s governance arrangements on innovation. The report - produced in collaboration with Board Intelligence and Morrow Sodali - identifies factors that boards should consider to ensure governance practices encourages rather than constrains innovation, and what characteristics are common within successfully innovative companies.
